Free Shipping Info:
All orders over $950 is Free Ground Shipping to any 48
states. Excluding Hawaii and Alaska!!
We do our very best everyday catering
to each of our customers. We know, no one like
to wait weeks or months to get there items.
You can definitely count on us. We shipped
out the same day if not the next business day.
You will not get the run around, and bad promises
about your shipment being sent out, when it
is not. If
we dont have your item, your order will not
be processed and you will be notify immediately.

Monday-Thursday 10am-3pm PST

Orders before 11am (PST) will be shipped out the same day. After 11am
all orders will be shipped out the following day. Please note **specialty
items such as hidden cameras or digital systems might not go out same
day even if order before 11am. It takes 1-2 days to put together, and
will ship out right away the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and verify, your shipment can go out.
An email will follow to notify you that your shipment has been sent out.
Tracking number is available upon request. You can call during shipping
hour to get tracking number or email to: info@espysecurity.com
Shipping Location
Most orders will be shipped out from our California warehouse. If
you are a california customers, select ground shipment. Ground shipment
for california customers is only 1-2 days maximum. If we dont have
your item here at our California location, it will be shipped from our
other warehouses
outside california and may take up to 5 business days maximum.

International Customers
Int'l Customer, We may shipped with UPS or USPS(Post Office).
Price will be difference and varies between these 2 choices

All other countries (USPS or UPS)
Arrival & Delivered
Once your shipment arrived, your signature is required upon delivery.
UPS will attempt 3 times to your location along with a
note at your door.
After 3 attempts your item will be held at UPS nearest center location
and you must come pick it up within 3 business days. If your item is
returned
back to us, customer will be responsible to pay another freight for the
same item and freight for the prior delivery attempts.
