Online Orders
Espysecurity.com is a division of Spysonic Technology. Spysonic will appear
on your credit card statement. All orders place online have Account Verification
Security (AVS) & SSL (Secure Socket Layer) online payment protection. Once your
order
has been
placed,
it
goes through
AVS procedure
and
through
our
billing
department. Upon approval your order will be processed and prepare for shipment.
Customer can cancel order within 1hr
or cancel before product is shipped out to avoid any shipping charge or return fees. Cancellation of order after product has shipped out, customer will be charged a freight charge. More terms/conditions detail below.

Paypal, Wire or money Transfer (U.S or International Customers)
- Wire transfer is available only upon request, must submit customer support form so we can send you the swift code.
Shipping - Shipping charge is non-refundable at any given
time, regardless of product errors, shipping errors, freight delay, or refusal of package. We will gladly send out the correct product to you at our freight expense, simply return the wrong item back to us.
RMA Guidelines
- RMA Items must have RMA Number (return merchandise authorization) on your return label. Please submit customer support form to get your RMA number.
- Return package without RMA number will be rejected
- Customer must pre-paid freight on any return products
- Avoid losing your package, insured all item before shipping out (Recommended) and get correct RMA number & info. We will not be responsible for your lost package.
- Upon receiving your rma item, we will gladly repair (if not repaireable) then a new replacement item will be sent out at our expense including freight
Warranty for U.S.A customers - We
have a fast and easy warranty service. Each manufactuer of the products we
sell carry a 1yr warranty parts/labor.
Your warranty must be done through us. We will assist you with any warranty
or repair services. The warranty "Automatically" begins the day the package was
delivered to you. (You do not need to sign up for any warranty, or fill any forms). **Warranty is Automatic the day you received your package**
Warranty will be voided if any of the following reasons occur.
- Manufactuers are out of business
- Customer owes any open balance/payment to any invoice
- Items are found to be physically damage or tampered with internally
Warranty for International customers
International customers can received 1yr warranty under the following conditions:
- Any return item must be pre-paid custom fees & pre-paid freight fees (you send rma item back to us)**
- Int'l customer agrees to pay for new shipping cost (we re-send item back to you)
- When sending item back we will only accept DHL, FEDEX or UPS only. (NO U.S. POSTAL Service)
1 Year Warranty - Free Parts & Labor
All hidden cameras equipments, security cameras, surveillance equipments, systems, and dvrs have 1yr warranty, unless stated otherwise, some product may have 6months warranty and will be display on product detail page.

Terms and Conditions - To continue delivering new products our terms
and conditions are as followed. We do not re-inventory used or returned products. All return products are sent back to the mfg.
- Hidden Cameras, Covert Devices, Spy Gadgets/Specialty items are final sales(No return/no store credit) with 1yr warranty free parts/labor
- Security Cameras, standard equipments, dvrs, system have 10 days 100% store credit. RMA must request within 10days after delivery date.
- Open Item/Open Package will be charged an additional 15%restocking fee, store credit
- Damage / Scratch / Used Item will be charged 25% Restocking fee, store credt
- Refund Policy (optional must be requested only) Refund Request will have 10% refund fee. Item must be brand new, un-opened.
- Refund Policy on Slight Damage / Scratch / Used Item will be charged 25% Restocking fee + 10% Refund fee.
**We will refuse any rma/return product if the item is in very bad condition**

typing, images or specifications errors. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. If we made a mistake on
any product prices and you already place an order, we will honor and give you
the original price you seen it. We do not make any claims about the legality
of certain product applications such as covert cameras, audio recorders, or
video transmitters etc.... We encourage everyone to check applicable local,
state, and federal laws and regulations before engaging in those surveillance
products.
Product - Sku number are our reference number to a product and will be on your
invoice. Please note: It might not be the code on the actual item.
The items offered on espysecurity.com are only intended for use in a legal
manner. It is the sole responsiblity of the purchaser and not Espysecurity.com
to ascertain and obey all laws, which apply to the possession and use of
any item. By placing an order with us the purchaser represents he/she is legal
of age and that products are to be used only in a lawful manner. The purchaser/customer
agrees that he/she will not sue or allow others to use any item from Espysecurity.com
in an illegal fashion. The puchaser further agrees to hold espysecurity.com
harmless for any claims, actions and legal and/or court fees brought against
him /her in connection with any use of products orderd from espysecurity.com.
Espysecurity.com or any members of its staff disclaim any
responsibility and/or liablity for any wrongfull or unlawful acts committed
by the purchaser with any items purchase from us.
- Images and specifications on this website might and might not be the actual
product. We will not be responsible for any errors on this site.
- Supply until stock is available (Most items are stocked, we will contact
you if its not in stock)
